SILVER SHORES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION – GUIDELINES

So that you and all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, please abide by the following guidelines. Check-in: 2:00 p.m.; check-out: 10:00 a.m.

1. For your safety and comfort, we don't allow pets at the rentals. If you see small animals at other cottages, they belong to the owners who do not rent their units.

2. Please park in the driveway, not on the lawn. Underground sprinkling and septic systems are located near cottages and could be damaged. If you need additional parking, use the designated area near the dumpster.

3. RV's, tents and canopies are not allowed. 'The gazebo is provided for your use as a refuge from the sun.

4. If you need to drive stakes for lawn games, please ask for locations as the irrigation lines are very shallow.

5. All garbage needs to be bagged and put in the dumpster near the storage building. Please do not leave it outside your unit over night as it could lure animals to the area.

6. The hours between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. are considered "Quiet Time". Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the noise level down. We also ask that appropriate language be used at all times.

7. LIFEGUARDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Children must be supervised at the beach and in the water at all times.

8. For your safety and the safety of others, glass containers are not allowed at the beach area.

9. For your convenience, firewood is provided for evening fires at the beach, but we ask that you be considerate of its use. Feel free to join other guests around the campfire and make new friends. If you put the fire out before you leave, please use water, not sand.

10. The ducks will create a messy beach and a health hazard for all if you feed them. Please refrain.

11. Respect your neighbor's property, including boats, fishing equipment, etc. Please be advised that docked boats are the personal property of renters and/or owners.

12. And last, but not least, relax and enjoy your vacation.

We work hard to make this area a safe, clean and fun vacation spot for you, your family and friends. We appreciate that you are here and hope you'll come back.
