Lakeview Property Management ,was formed in May of 2002 by Lori & Gary Florip. Lori has been working as a property manager for 10 years and 7 years in real estate. Gary has worked in both real estate & construction, now focuses on real estate and has the background knowledge of the constrution trade.

Lori & Gary both hold real estate licenses at J.L. Minelli & Associates which has been in business for 17 years. Gary is also Broker for Lakeview Property Management and for Lakeview Realty & Rental Management, LLC. Lori has managed a local resort for 10 years & has expanded to offer property management for area property owners who are interested in renting their property for vacation rental.

We at LPM offer complete services including reservations, hands on guest check-in/check-out, cleaning services, lawn maintenance, year round property checks, and opening & closing of cottages.
