- A 50%deposit
is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit will be refunded
if canceled property is able to be rebooked, minus a $50.00
paper work fee. Balance & refundable, seperate, cleaning
deposit due 30 days prior to check in date.
- Check-In
Time: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m. (Flexible in
off season)
- On
weekly rentals, there is no maid service. Bring your own
sheets and towels, unless other wise stated on property
description.
- Off-Season:
Labor Day to Memorial Day.
- Absolutely
NO SMOKING in properties.
- No
pets
- No
reservations are confirmed until deposit is received.
- Linens
are available to rent at $10.00 per bed set
